AI Product Management Author

Now, we are looking for an experienced AI Product Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to author the core instructional content for a new AI Product Management program designed for career changers with no prior tech background.

The SME will be responsible for content creation across ~7 2-weeks modules, aligned to an existing syllabus, including explanations, examples, frameworks, assignments, and case-study guidance.

What you will do:

• Author clear, structured, beginner-friendly curriculum content (e.g. written text, visual elements, tasks, assessment questions, and real-world projects).
• Translate real-world AI PM experience into teachable concepts and applied examples.
• Write supporting material such as rubrics and project review guidelines for project reviewers and troubleshooting guides for support.
• Collaborate closely with our Learning Experience (LX) Designer to ensure consistency across the program.

Requirements

• Professional experience in AI Product Management, Product Management or similar roles, 5+ years:

-End-to-end product management (strategy, discovery, delivery, Agile).

-User research, analytics, prioritization, and roadmap ownership.

-AI/GenAI product development (LLMs, prompts, RAG, AI tradeoffs).

-Shipping and scaling AI-powered features with ML teams.

-AI UX, evaluation metrics, and quality assurance.

-Responsible AI (ethics, bias, privacy, compliance awareness).

-Strong communicator for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with vibe-coding tools and workflows for task automation.
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and ability to describe difficult concepts in a comprehensible way.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning Experience Designer and product managers.
• Experience in mentoring/supervising.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in Product Management workflows and the ability to integrate them meaningfully into projects and lessons.
• Time commitment: able to devote 20-30 hours per week for collaboration.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience teaching or creating educational content.
• Familiarity with online education platforms or instructional design.
• Clear opinions on how beginners should best learn AI Product Management.
